1. Workforce Analytics & Reporting
• Consolidate workforce and manpower data from various stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of workforce dashboards, reports and presentation materials.
• Assist in tracking localisation, productivity and workforce planning metrics.
• Prepare data and insights for monthly workforce and recruitment meetings.
2. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support the planning and coordination of workforce transformation initiatives.
• Organise project meetings, track action items and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting logistics, presentation decks and minutes of meetings.
• Maintain project trackers and monitor key milestones and deliverables.
3. Training & Programme Administration
• Coordinate participant registration and training schedules for workforce development programmes.
• Liaise with Business Units, training providers and external partners on programme administration.
• Track attendance, training outcomes and programme documentation.
• Support the preparation of reports and funding-related documentation
