Key Responsibilities
| 1. Support Cargo Business Development on eCommerce Value Added Services (VAS) to generate more revenue for Cargo Services BU 2. Support the planning and development of new eCommerce businesses to achieve growth through strategic partnerships with revelant stakeholders 3. Support in drafting contract for new businesses 4. Undertake projects to improve efficiency/productivity, enhance customer service, raise service quality including development and implementation of revelant IT systems to support eCommerce businesses and other specific projects being assigned 5. Data compilation and Analysis 6. Process improvement projects for eCommerce VAS 7. Support manager and AO in the day-to-day running of VAS operations 8. Monitor and investigate any SLA failure 9. Any other tasks assigned during the intership |
Key Requirements
| You are best equipped for this role if you have: 1. Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Words and able to perform high quality powerpoint presentation to convery the objectives and ideas of the project. 2. Ability to multi task 3. Independent 4.
