Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the bookkeeping process of the payable and receivable invoices;
- Preparing month-end closing in compliance with legal and financial standards;
- Assist in performing data collection, information analysis as well as documentation and checking of supporting documents;
- Assist in preparing reports to meet management’s needs;
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field, or be currently studying for one;
- Be detail-oriented and well-organized;
- Know the accounting and financial reporting principles (SFRS) and practices, especially the consolidation process;
- Be proficient in MS Office and Xero or similar accounting software;
- Have good English and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Be flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
