Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Select and book venues
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records
- Conduct evaluation to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
Key Requirements
- Diploma in any field.
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) required
- Certification (e.g. WLF, ACLP) is preferred but not essential. Applicants with ACLP will be given higher preference.
- Able to operate Ground Service Equipment (GSE)/ machineries used in airport preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn to operate all SATS GSE in order to conduct training
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools preferred
- Experience as a trainer preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
- Confident in engaging an audience
- Good time management
- Critical thinking and decision making
