Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and achieve workshop maintenance production for Ground Support Equipment and/or airport automotive vehicles to attain good quality and safety outcomes.
- Manage work order, spares usage and production using computerised asset management and maintenance system.
- Plan and schedule equipment/vehicles to meet maintenance programs, internal and regulatory inspections and tests.
- Lead and manage assistant engineers/engineering technicians, and/or outsourced contractors, and perform shift/resource planning. Review and improve workbay capabilities. Lead programs for continuous improvement, safety and operations excellence.
- Troubleshooting complex defects, root cause analysis, prepare investigation reports. Identify technical specifications for items/services needed.
- Assist to design and conduct training. Guide and train staff to deliver quality maintenance.
- Maintain fleet records and documentation. Analyse records and data to improve fleet performance, maintenance outcomes, as well production.
Key Requirement
