Key Responsibilities
- Update rosters and change of shifts into relevant systems
- Provide weekly summary updates to operational section
- Participate in end-user training, user acceptance test, parallel run of new systems
- Maintaining information of staff particulars in relevant systems
- Roster and arrange relevant training for operational staff
- Make arrangement for medical assessment for staff renewing ADP License
- Manage lockers, laundry and uniform matters
- Handle queries from staff e.g. leave related queries
- Provide support to staff for new IT systems etc., leave balloting system, use of OnePeople
- Provide operational support to departments on emergency preparedness, managing supply and distribution of ART kits
- Provide support for company / business unit event
- Cross deployed across sections in Food Solutions when required
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by section head
Key Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline preferred
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures and adapt local practices to industry standards
- Ability to work in teams, work at detailed level and understand the larger picture
- Good oral and written communication skills
