Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze current processes and collect data, for streamlining and continuous improvement opportunities
2. Work on creating synergy between 2 to 3 different departments, and  propose resouce reduction
3. Assist the HOD in project implementations
4. Support the Operation Managers in innovation and cost reduction projects
5. Support the department in achieving Business Unit and Operational objectives

Key Requirements

1. Good analytical and critical thinking skills
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Interest in air freight or logistics operations
5. Interest in projects in operations that yields costs savings and process streamlining
6. Advantage if possess any skills or knowledge in data analytics programming (eg python)
7. Self-starter
