Key Responsibilities


The Senior Manager, Procurement Supplier Management is a strategic lead role that develops strategies to manage supplier performance, supplier risk and supplier relationship within Global Procurement and essential to the continuous growth and improvement of Global Procurement efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Develop and drive the implementation of overall Global Procurement supplier management strategy in performance management, risk management and relationship management in alignment and support of category management goals and objectives.
  • Resolve escalated issues in according with Global Procurement Policy and Global Procurement Manual.
  • Develop and ensuring delivery of key performance metrics for Source-to-Pay (S2P) in Global Procurement operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure supplier performance management team partner with Global Procurement sourcing teams to resolve supplier performance issues timely, ensure consistency in operation and long-term supplier relationship.
  • Partner with Global Procurement sourcing teams to carry out timely required supplier audit and act upon timely on risk mitigation and compliance proposals.
  • Identify supplier relationship management (SRM) opportunities by adopting AT Kearney Integrated SRM Operating Model consistently.

Key Requirements

 

  • Degree in Supply Chain/ Commerce / Business /Computer Science
  • Minimum 7 years of strategic sourcing experience in procurement, preferably gained in FMCG/ Hospitality/ Retail / Consulting
  • Experience in procurement, consulting and/or business operations
  • Experience in people management, training and talent development
  • Proven experiences in managing complex internal and external partnership as well as change management projects
  • Proven ability to effectively partner/ influence/ lead to achieve business results
  • SAP knowledge is preferred


This role requires the candidate to be based across two designated work locations, with responsibilities split between SATS Food Services office at 234 Pandan Loop Singapore 128422, and SATS Catering Office at 20 Airport Boulevard Singapore 819659.
