Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive SG Hub product roadmaps, including prioritisation, scope definition, and alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Assess product readiness by reviewing data limitations, deployment risks, and release dependencies before business-facing communications or rollouts.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and Business units to manage expectations on system capabilities, timelines, and operational constraints.
- Serve as a key interface with external partners, facilitating discussions on scope, commercials, delivery timelines, and interdependencies.
- Collaborate with program management, operations, and technology teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned with hub-level operational requirements.
- Oversee system integration efforts across workforce, real-time operations, and hub platforms, including API readiness and end-to-end data flows.
- Represent business needs in technical design and integration discussions to ensure solutions meet real operational use cases.
- Provide governance and oversight on integration-related decisions, including risk assessments and trade-offs that impact hub operations.
- Review and evaluate change requests and enhancement proposals with respect to budget availability, approval cycles, and delivery priorities.
- Support sequencing, prioritisation, and deferral decisions when funding, resourcing, or timeline constraints arise.
Key Requirements
- With 5 to 8 years of hands-on airport operations experience, with strong understanding of ground handling and aviation-related activities.
- Proficient in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and identifying operational gaps.
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to analyse ground handling data, identify trends, and translate insights into operational improvements.
- Deep knowledge of integrated operational systems, such as resource deployment tools and operations monitoring platforms, and how these systems interact.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with logical thinking and the ability to diagnose complex issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and building relationships across internal and external teams.
- Highly self‑driven and motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic operational environment.
- Strong organisational, planning, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to support evolving business needs.
