Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of project deliverables from inception to completion.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of development and fit-out works.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and internal departments to monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the preparation and tracking of project budgets, cost reports, and payment certifications.
- Assist in managing project documentation, drawings, submissions, and approvals to ensure timely compliance with Regulatory Authorities.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials for management review.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Track key project metrics such as milestones, variation orders, procurement schedules, and deliverables.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Support post-completion activities, including defects follow-up and project close-out documentation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management within the building or property development industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools, e.g. Gantt charts
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in food-related projects (eg F&B outlets, food processing facilities, central kitchens) is an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
