Key Responsibilities
Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee logistics and warehousing activities with effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage 3PL performance by conducting regular reviews to track productivity, ensuring no pending tasks remain, and monitoring timely deliveries to departments and users in strict compliance with food hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Attend morning briefings to get operational updates, respond to stakeholder feedback, and ensure follow‑up actions are addressed promptly.
- Investigate discrepancies or feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain operational accuracy and stakeholder confidence.
- Manage ad hoc responsibilities assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and accountability.
Performance & Compliance
- Ensure KPI/SLA compliance while maintaining cost-effective operations.
- Conduct safety audits weekly/monthly to prevent non-conformance.
- Follow up IA audits to ensure timely closure of non-conformance issues.
- Verify billing against 3PL services and operational activities to ensure accuracy, transparency, and cost control.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Lead monthly reviews with customers and management to evaluate performance.
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards and KPI tracking.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment.
- Knowledge of WMS and SAP systems to support efficient inventory management and process automation.
- Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive operational excellence.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills to interpret complex data, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and delivering clear presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Resilience under pressure with the ability to perform accurately and effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing stress and competing priorities.
