Key Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a hands-on, organized Senior Executive to support and execute end-to-end system implementation projects. Reporting to the Project Manager / Head of Department, you will bridge operations and technology by coordinating daily project activities - from gathering requirements and tracking vendor deliverables/ execution of works to testing, deployment, and operational training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Scope Delivery: Assist in translating operational needs into technical scope, maintaining project charters, and ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
  • Requirements & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with ground staff and operators to collate user operating requirements and coordinate across internal departments.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Day-to-day coordination with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure work delivered matches contractual scope and quality.
  • System Deployment & Testing: Coordinate hardware/software installation on-site, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute commissioning activities, and manage training sessions for end-users.
  • Progress Reporting & Handover: Maintain accurate progress logs, prepare status updates, and assist with formal handovers to operational teams.
  • Technology & Solution Evaluation: Research and evaluate new market technologies/equipment to identify opportunities for fixing operational inefficiencies.
  • Support & Travel: Provide project support across departments and overseas travel may be required based on project requirements

Key Requirements

 

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, system implementation, or operations.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline would be preferred. Relevant experience in project coordination or system implementation will also be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, experience with vendor coordination, system testing, commissioning and user training.
  • Willingness to travel overseas based on project deployment schedules.
