Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for clients assigned
- Responsible to act on behalf of the client to ensure smooth delivery of services, via audits, random sampling exercises etc.
- Ensure that the operational departments carry out all new requirements or changes as and when required by the airlines
- Monitor airline inventory to ensure availability as well as to manage cabin crew voyage reports
- Coordinate airline scheduled and non-scheduled meal presentations
- Provide additional checks and balances on behalf of the airline for all products and services provided for the airline out of Singapore
- Relationship building with airline clients and enhance customer relations both at the local level in Singapore and at the HQ level
- Anticipate key account changes and improvements and communicating with internal operational teams on foreseeable changes
- Resolve key client issues and complaints
- Any other duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of account management or operational experience background is preferred
- Possesses excellent communication abilities and a results-driven mindset to drive success
- With strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage ground staff
- Able to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
