Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the warehouse bi -yearly stock- take organized by the Finance Division as well as the yearly Internal and External Auditing are planned according to the required standard. These are aimed at ensuring that inventory is received and issuance controls are properly and efficiently managed.
  • The managing the process and function of SAP system for SFS stock as well as the accounting of Dry, Chilled and Frozen for SFS customers Example FR,CCH, HTA, SATS, COM-CAT, CHILDCARE, MHA, MINDEF and MK (Main Kitchen and Retort Manufacturing Plant).
  • Ensure the warehouse stock levels are well controlled, managed, effectively and update for Purchasing in view replenishment when the stock is within the safe level
  • Ensuring goods received from the vendor according to Purchase Order (PO) are updated correctly and promptly and follow the FIFO principle
  • Ensuring the receipt of stock from oversea vendor are updated in the inventory correctly and promptly, as well as the preparation of stocks for oversea shipment are plan properly in advance and in time for delivering to our customers.
  • Ensuring the food safety, hygiene and housekeeping of the warehouse are carry out effectively.
  • Ensure the following tasks are carry out correctly and promptly:

         1) Stock return from customer (RMA).

         2) Daily update staff TMS, monitor staff MC/Annual Leave and monitor staff not to exceed the MOM OT requirements, (Not exceed 12 hours per day & 72 hours per month)

         3)Schedule CCH/Com-cat delivery when Public Holiday

 

KEY TASKS 

PLANNING AND ORGANISING

  • Ensure warehouse stock inventory is properly control and managed.
  • Ensuring all Inbound and Outbound goods are properly accounted for and updated in system promptly.
  • Ensure all outgoing goods are packed and in accordance to PO as well as in time delivery to the customers.
  • Ensure the process and function of IFL system are properly managed for all Bus.

OPERATIONS

  • Manage warehouse daily operations effectively.
  • Ensuring good logistics support to all customers without any complaint.
  • Ensuring the goods are packed correctly one day before delivery to the customers.
  • Ensure that cycle count activities are conducted monthly.
  • Adhered to SFA food safety guidelines at all time.

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

  • Ensure health, safety, environment and quality policy and procedures are being followed through, including to Halal requirement

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 

  • Record and issue OT when needed, in written and approval by Warehouse Manager before commencement of OT
  • Demonstrates strong two-way communications skills. Conveys information and ideas in an open, articulate and timely manner. Considers cultural differences and others’ perspectives when communicating.

Key Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight time schedule
  • Good knowledge and skills in Warehousing Management System-Infolog.
  • Good practise in personal hygiene and safety.

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 2– 3 years’ experience working in Warehouse logistics support operations, preferably a warehouse and distribution company.
  • Familiar with large capacity industrial warehousing will be an advantage

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED 

  • Preferred a trained in logistics support and warehousing operations
  • Able to speak and write in good English
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certified
