Key Responsibilities


We are seeking to hire a in-house recruiter to drive our hiring efforts and ensure we bring the right talent into the organisation. In this role, you will manage full‑cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver successful hires aligned with defined KPIs. Your work will directly support our business growth and workforce planning priorities.

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles and functions.
  • Proactively source, engage, and convert high‑quality candidates into successful hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
  • Achieve clear monthly KPIs related to candidate pipeline, conversions, and successful hires.
  • Utilise SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding to manage job postings, candidate workflows, and hiring processes.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Key Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as an in‑house recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding (preferred).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Highly organised, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
