Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a meticulous and process-driven Senior Executive to support the accurate and timely delivery of compensation and HR operations. The role covers annual compensation exercises, onboarding administration, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) statistics and reporting, as well as continuous improvement of HR processes through automation and digital tools. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, Payroll, Finance and other business partners to ensure sound governance, data accuracy and a positive employee experience.
Compensation Administration
- Support annual compensation exercises, including performance bonus, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and salary increment.
- Conduct detailed checks and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of compensation data before payment processing.
- Work closely with Payroll, Finance and HR stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, manage exceptions and ensure timely implementation.
- Maintain clear documentation, approval records, audit trails and standard operating procedures for compensation-related activities.
Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage and coordinate onboarding administration for new hires, ensuring required information, documentation and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through employee movements and offboarding, including transfers, promotions, contract changes, confirmations, resignations and terminations, as applicable.
- Perform detailed data checks and validations across employee records, HR systems and source documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Investigate data discrepancies, coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholders and maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit trails.
- Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams and other stakeholders to support timely and seamless employee lifecycle transactions.
- Monitor cases, follow up on outstanding actions and address data or process issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential personal and compensation information with discretion.
HC Statistics & Reporting
- Compile, validate and submit manpower-related statistics and reports required by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure submissions are accurate, complete and delivered within stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain supporting records and source data for audit, compliance and management reporting purposes.
- Analyse workforce data, identify anomalies or trends and provide clear insights to stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Review existing workflows and controls to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, governance and employee experience.
- Design, test and implement streamlined processes and practical automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Develop dashboards, trackers and workflow solutions that improve visibility, reduce manual effort and strengthen data quality.
- Partner with process owners and technology teams to gather requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, prepare documentation and support change adoption.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in compensation administration, HR operations, payroll support or a related role.
- Practical experience supporting bonus, AWS, salary increment or other large-scale compensation exercises.
- Experience with employee onboarding, manpower reporting or statutory submissions will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, reconciliation, pivot tables and commonly used formulas.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools; hands-on experience developing automated workflows, apps or dashboards is strongly preferred.
