About Us

Located near Singapore’s lifestyle and financial hub at Marina South, the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS) is the first purpose-built terminal designed to accommodate the new generation of cruise ships.

 

Operated by SATS-Creuers Cruise Services Pte Ltd (SCCS), a joint venture between SATS Limited and Creuers del Port de Barcelona, the MBCCS is set to be the centre piece of cruising in Southeast Asia where we effectively combine efficient terminal handling and the delivery of a memorable passenger experience. We invite qualified professionals to join us in taking the cruise industry in Singapore to its next stage of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Talent Management

  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with operations and Service Excellence Manager on training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Assist in performance management cycles and appraisals

HR Operations

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance verification, and benefits administration
  • Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and documentation
  • Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work permits and employment passes
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies on manpower-related matters
  • Track and manage skillset certificate renewals and claim submissions
  • Ensure timely submissions of incidence reports to the insurance company and other relevant authorities

Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs
  • Administer retention initiatives, reward schemes, and recognition programs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Coordinate on annual employee engagement survey

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Update of Employee Handbook on a regular basis

Business Support

  • Review on flexi worker rates on a regular basis
  • Implement feasible business support

Finance Support

  • Provide support in month close of accounts (such as invoicing, payment, follow up on outstanding matters, etc)
  • Coordinate with auditors 

and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

THE PERSON

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 2–4 years of experience in HR or human capital management
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
