Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workforce administration activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor administration.
- Validate and coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and absences.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR and workforce management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, TAMS).
- Work closely with Business Units, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor operational metrics and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Support system administration, including user access, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
- Support audits, system enhancements, and process transition projects.
- Provide operational coordination and ground support when required.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or any related field of study
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration, Human Resource Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, TAMS, or similar platforms.
- Strong excel and data management skills; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solve problems.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
