Key Responsibilities


This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of SATS’ global transformation. As our Senior Brand Manager, you will be the guardian of the SATS brand, driving how it is expressed consistently across markets while ensuring relevance in diverse regions.


You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide to build a strong, cohesive brand that reflects our ambition and supports business growth.

Shape Our Global Brand

  • Lead the development and evolution of SATS’ global brand strategy, positioning, and architecture
  • Build and roll out a multi-year brand roadmap across key markets
  • Define and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency worldwide


Champion Brand Excellence

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines across visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative output
  • Conduct brand audits and drive continuous improvement


Drive Global Campaigns

  • Lead end-to-end execution of global brand campaigns aligned to business priorities
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localise campaigns while preserving brand integrity


Own Brand Platforms & Assets

  • Manage the SATS Brand Portal and ensure seamless access to brand assets
  • Enhance user experience and drive adoption across functions and geographies


Leverage Data & Insights

  • Track brand performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to strengthen brand impact


Influence & Collaborate

  • Act as the central brand authority across Commercial, HR, Legal, Communications, and Digital teams
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to align on brand direction

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or similar roles
  • Proven experience managing multi-market or global brand initiatives
  • Strong background in brand strategy, governance, and campaign execution
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms is a plus
  • Ability to translate strategy into action with clarity and structure
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence working with senior leadership across regions
  • A global mindset with sensitivity to cultural nuances
  • A passion for building brands that make an impact
