About SATS Relaunch Programme
In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internship recruitment operations including job requisition reviews, posting advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment fairs, walk‑in career events, and other high‑touch talent acquisition channels.
- Collate, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to assist in reporting and provide insights during monthly recruitment meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities to automate or digitalize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
