About SATS Relaunch Programme
In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Support facilities operations by coordinating maintenance, repair, and upgrading works, ensuring building systems, equipment, and common areas remain in optimal working condition.
- Manage and engage service contractors, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and adherence to contractual and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and verify completed works, documenting findings, identifying defects, and ensuring prompt follow‑up and closure with contractors.
- Prepare and process Property Work Requisitions (PWR) and SAP Service Entry Sheets (SES) with accurate scopes, costing, and supporting details, ensuring compliance with procurement and audit requirements.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, track progress, and ensure issues are rectified promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support maintenance works, procurement processes, and payment workflows.
- Uphold building safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance through routine premise checks and timely escalation of issues.
- Maintain essential documentation and reports related to facilities operations, inspections, contractor performance, and maintenance activities.
Key Requirements
- Familiarity with building operations, maintenance processes, and workplace safety standards will be advantageous
- Experience with SAP or other property/maintenance management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
