About SATS Relaunch Programme

In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Be in operational area to learn the duties of the operational role identified for review
  • Understand and identify training needs of the role.  Identify gap in training program.
  • Work with subject-matter-expert to review, update or develop training materials. This includes designing and developing trainer guide, learner guide, material for assessment, posters or training videos.
  • Conduct training quality audits and assess effectiveness of training programs conducted.
  • Conduct audits to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to procedure.
  • Evaluate feedback from learners and Management team on training effectiveness.
  • Undertake any other adhoc projects/tasks as assigned by respective Reporting Officer.

Key Requirements

  • Be physically fit to work and make observations in operational area, including climbing stairs, working under sun and rain, as and when necessary
  • Interest in Training & Development for operations
  • Strong organisation, time management, and coordination skills; able to manage tasks and timelines well
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to interact with people at different levels
  • Able to present ideas clearly and support facilitation of learning sessions when needed
  • Comfortable translating technical or operational information into clear, easy-to-understand learning content
  • Possesses a consultative mindset, able to work with stakeholders and understand business needs
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency and creativity in MS PowerPoint, basic proficiency in other MS tools such as Word and Excel, and ability to create/direct skill training videos is a bonus.
