About SATS Relaunch Programme
In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely submission of staff attendance, leave applications, and compliance records
- Maintain and track staff records, including probation status, contract renewals, wellness updates, and re‑employment medical certifications
- Support flexi staff scheduling, shift bidding, and payment‑related administrative inputs
- Coordinate monthly reporting cycles and prepare summary reports on missing clockings, manual clockings, and wellness updates

Review and validate HR data entries to maintain high data accuracy and confidentiality

Support audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and labour requirements

Identify administrative gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and processes

Support SOP reviews to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with current practice and assist in implementing digital tools and process automation initiatives

Assist in preparing dashboards and workforce KPI reports
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic reporting.
- Experience with HRIS or time‑attendance systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable with digital tools and process improvements.
