About SATS Relaunch Programme

In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive accurate and timely financial operations by managing invoice processing and prompt follow ups on outstanding invoices, accruals, and system issues (Ariba/Concur)
  • Resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies with Operations and Procurement to improve upstream accuracy 
  • Prepare cash forecasts, vendor reconciliations, GST and Withholding Tax reports.
  • Handle weekly staff expense claim
  • Address queries from vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, reinforcing strong working relationships
  • Support month-end closing activities and prepare audit schedules.
  • Champion process improvements and system enhancements, supporting UATs, troubleshooting, and operational excellence initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Experience with ERP/AP systems (SAP, Ariba, Concur) will be advantegous.
  • Strong Excel skills and good understanding of GST/WHT.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
