About SATS Relaunch Programme
In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance operations by preparing and reviewing reports, dashboards, and regulatory documentation, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
- Manage compliance records and databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.
- Maintain structured compliance documentation and contribute to improving templates, processes, and governance practices.
- Assist in compliance reviews and assessments, including coordinating activities, analysing information, and tracking observations and action items.
- Support audit and inspection activities by preparing materials, coordinating evidence collection, and monitoring deliverables and timelines.
- Track findings and remediation progress, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders and clear reporting on corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to ongoing monitoring of compliance programs and controls, supporting assessments of effectiveness and adherence to requirements.
Key Requirements
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn compliance processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
