About SATS Relaunch Programme
In collaboration with tripatite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF), the SATS Relaunch Programme is a 6-month attachment for Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) aged 40 and above who are looking to reintegrate into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cargo‑related projects to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to support project decision‑making, drive process improvements, and monitor performance within cargo import operations.
- Conduct operational and warehouse safety audits, including assessments related to forklift and tractor operations, to enhance regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and risk management.
- Assist in the maintenance of compliance documentation to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, and documentation practices to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Support cross‑functional stakeholders by providing operational insights, preparing reports, and facilitating coordination to ensure smooth implementation of cargo‑related initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights and support operational decision‑making
