Graduation Assimilation Program
Our Graduate Assimilation Programme (GAP) provides critical career skills for fresh graduates who are looking for entry opportunities that could lead to a fulfilling long-term career with SATS. GAP is designed to nurture high-potential graduates, offering the opportunity to gain first-hand insights and exposure to key aspects of SATS’ global businesses.
During this comprehensive 1-year programme, you will be rotated across multiple functional streams and develop under the mentorship of industry leaders. Through this, you will accelerate your learning in areas such as Operational Excellence, Sustainable Business Operations, Leadership and Personal Development, and many more.
