Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily operations task and role such as dishing and sealing of product
- Ensuring Product was seal and packed in planned timeline
- Take account of CCPs recording and company food safety policies
- Work with Culinary, Dietician/Nutritionist and Client teams on cyclical menu planning activity
- Perform simple sandwich and dessert making
- Setting up of Packing room and ready for operations
- Preparing of packaging material for the next scheduled dishing product
- Carry out hygiene task (not limiting to cleaning and washing)
- Ensure entitlement was given the correct amount while dishing
Key Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate
- Able to perform simple food preparation tasks (e.g., cutting, assembling, serving).
- Physically fit to handle standing work and basic cleaning duties.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Work closely with the team and be a team player ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
