Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate production schedules.
- Liaise with internal department stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine operational inspections and audits.
- Monitor inventory utilization and operational resources and maintain accurate documentation for stock collection.
- Support operational excellence, safety and sustainability initiatives.
- Participate in operational improvement projects.
- Oversee daily store activities (receiving and dispatch) to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all goods.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and organization of the store.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) stock rotation practices.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Supervise stock control and Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining accuracy
Key Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
Physical & Working Requirements:
- Standing & Walking: Must be capable of standing and walking for prolonged periods, typically 8 to 12 hours per shift, while supervising operations across production, packing and warehouse areas.
- Work Environment: May be required to work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot kitchens, cold rooms, freezers and outdoor loading or unloading areas depending on operational requirements.
- Work Pattern: May be required to perform shift work, overtime, weekends, public holidays or night shifts based on operational requirements.
