Key Responsibilities
• To ensure smooth and efficient linen laundry and processing operations in order to deliver quality laundered goods in time to customers.
• To coordinate and supervise the work flow to achieve production targets with good quality standard according to the planned schedule.
• To resolve any operational or quality issues through discussion and coordination with all fellow supervisors, the Management as well as contractors.
• To train, motivate and guide subordinates and maintain discipline amongst all operations staff. Also, to ensure good housekeeping is carried out daily at production floor.
• To develop a safe working environment and efficient operational procedures of which to be followed closely by all subordinates.
• Communicate with customers to coordinate their laundry needs.
Key Requirements
• Minimum diploma in any disciplines.
• Minimum 2+ years of Supervisory experiences (preferably in laundry production environment).
• Good team player with ability to lead a team.
• Excellent in coordination, fast learner and good communicator.
• 5-days work weeks and Normal Shift: 8am to 5pm.
