Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of catering related activities for esteemed Private Jets/ Charter Flights customers
- Orders creation and dissemination to kitchens and support areas (e.g. Purchasing) for follow up;
- Monitor and acknowledge flight advice or movements;
- Handle administrative matters for ordering and billing;
- Ensure that all catering requirements of each flight is met.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by Private Jet ARM
- Cross deployed across sections in Food Solutions when required
Key Requirement
- Possess a pleasant disposition
- Detailed and meticulous
- Have basic food and beverage knowledge
- Able to work as a team with the various departments and complement the Catering Supervisor and Officers (Private Jets / Charters) whenever necessary.
- Be willing to work in both Changi and Seletar Airports and commit to 3 rotating shifts
