Key Responsibilities
- Monthly demand consolidation and supply allocation for the Fresh Frozen Meals (FFM) Network (including analysis of demand and supply changes)
- Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings by preparing materials and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely information sharing and adherence to the meeting cadence.
- Work closely with overseas BUs to roll out Network Planning process, regional S&OP structure and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Facilitate overseas BUs to refine planning related SOPs based on corporate policy but customized to individual business needs
- Drive continuous improvements via benchmarking and cross functional collaboration
- Support digitalization of network planning processes
Key Requirements
- With a recognized Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience working within a supply chain planning function is essential
- Experience in Change Management, strong data analytical skills and problem-solving skills, and passionate about driving operational excellence and process improvement across Supply Chain
- Experience supporting and participating in a Sales and Operations Planning / Execution framework, preferably for a regional food business
- Experience with extensive data analysis and proficiency with Excel, Power BI or database are preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and sustaining effective relationships with stakeholders and internal business partners, with the ability to influence decisions and collaborate seamlessly across organizations
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in response to evolving business requirements within a growing business
- Some traveling may be required when business needs arise
