Key Responsibilities
- Achieve team monthly brand sales target through effective ordering and merchandising efforts
- Responsible for maximising the in-store visibility of company’s full range of products & must-have SKUs availability in the assigned territory
- Communicate and liaise with outlets on arrangement of in-store sampling
- Visit & service supermarket outlets as allocated
- Establish, maintain and enhance good customer relationship/rapport with retailer’s personnel
- Ensure prompt setup, correct price tags, POS materials are executed and adequately displayed
- Display products effectively accordingly to brand Guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with the sales team for replenishment
- Build strong relationship with store personnel to secure prime shelf space
- To check for expiry date of products and ensure all or near expired stock on shelf are rotated on FIFO to ensure product freshness and minimize trade returns
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of merchandising experience in modern retail
- Experience in frozen category preferred
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Able to lift and carry heavy loads up to 10kg
- Willingness to travel between multiple store locations
- Able to work independently
- Able to converse in simple English
