Key Responsibilities
This role execute, sustain and continuously strengthen Singapore Hub (SG Hub) Quality Management System (QMS) by driving disciplined quality assurance, audit readiness, CAPA effectiveness and consistent service delivery across business units. The role translates quality strategy and frameworks into consistent day-to-day governance, assurance cadence and follow-through, ensuring risks and non‑conformances are detected early and addressed sustainably. Through robust audit execution, disciplined investigation, clear RCA, effective CAPA and insights-led reporting, the role strengthens operational reliability, supports leadership decision-making and ensures the quality portfolio enables performance outcomes.
The role also coordinates and governs SOP/manuals and acts as the primary operational interface for external auditors.
- Execute and sustain SG Hub QMS and framework by implementing quality assurance processes, audit protocols, and control mechanisms that enable consistent execution.
- Own SG Hub’s day-to-day audit and certification readiness (excluding safety and security-specific audits), including planning, coordination, disciplined execution and timely closure of findings.
- Act as the primary operational interface for external auditors, ensuring audit coordination, evidence quality, and stakeholder readiness are strong, consistent and disciplined.
- Drive CAPA quality, effectiveness and sustainability by reviewing investigations and RCAs, validating corrective actions, and monitoring implementation to prevent recurrence (not just closure).
- Govern SOP, manual and BCP controls by ensuring documents are current, aligned, reviewed and consistently applied on the ground through structured quality checks.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards and KPIs (compliance, audit outcomes, CAPA timeliness, repeat findings, risk trends) to support proactive intervention.
- Translate quality outputs and audit signals into clear insights, risks, recommendations and priorities for leadership and business units management.
- Lead and develop the Quality team and audit pool by setting expectations, building capability, and coordinating assurance activities including but not limited to audits, inspections, and readiness checks.
- Jointly plan and conduct table‑top and readiness exercises with business units and enterprise risk management teams to test controls, escalation, and decision under disruption scenarios and assess operational readiness as well as robustness of response plans
- Run structured cadences with business unit coordinators and stakeholders to validate adherence, close gaps, align standards, and reinforce accountability for quality outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a complex operational environment for the senior role.
- Certified Quality Manager and/or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or other relevant standards).
- Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems QMS (ISO 9001, ISAGO, HACCP, GDP, or equivalent regulatory frameworks).
- Proven experience in developing and managing QMS frameworks and quality assurance policies, including audit governance, certification management, and management review processes.
- Strong ability to drive internal and external quality assurance through effective processes and procedures, with experience in managing audits, preparing audit reports, and rectifying non-compliances.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert quality and audit data into performance insights and improvement actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership and regulators.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive a strong quality culture that supports operational excellence.
