Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Recruitment Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment of frontline and operational employees across SATS
- Work closely with the business to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support both immediate and future manpower requirements
- Keep a close eye on hiring progress, anticipate challenges early and work with stakeholders to address them
- Ensure positions are filled in a timely manner while providing candidates with a positive and professional hiring experience
Talent Attraction & Sourcing
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract frontline talent in a competitive market
- Tap on a variety of recruitment channels, including job portals, employee referrals, digital campaigns and community outreach programmes
- Explore new talent pools and innovative ways to connect with potential candidates
- Track the effectiveness of sourcing channels and make adjustments to improve hiring outcomes
- Strengthen SATS' presence as an employer of choice for frontline and operational talent.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner business leaders and Human Capital Business Partners to understand workforce priorities and operational needs
- Provide practical advice on recruitment approaches, talent availability and market trends
- Keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress, pipeline health and potential recruitment risks
- Support hiring decisions through market insights, data and sound recruitment recommendations.
Recruitment Marketing & Partnerships
- Lead and support recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews and other hiring initiatives
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, employment partners, government agencies, educational institutions and community organisations
- Identify and develop partnerships that broaden access to talent and support hiring goals
- Ensure recruitment campaigns and events remain aligned with business needs and workforce priorities
- Review the effectiveness of recruitment activities and partnerships, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Recruitment Operations
- Monitor recruitment performance through meaningful metrics and reporting
- Use data and insights to identify trends, improve decision making and optimise hiring outcomes
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with established policies, governance and compliance requirements
- Coach and support team members, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
Key Requirements
- More than 6 years of progressive Human Capital experience, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for frontline and operational workforce roles
- A track record of developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels
- Experience planning and running recruitment fairs, mass hiring initiatives and other targeted outreach programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners to meet workforce needs
- Comfortable using recruitment data and market insights to make informed hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
- Resourceful, adaptable and open to explore new approaches when traditional sourcing methods are no longer effective.
