Key Responsibilities
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Manage candidates at late stage applications, to facilitate offer processes.
- Represent the company brand positively to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance.
