Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and define performance measurement metrics aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Co-design and develop interactive dashboards that present performance data in a clear, accurate, and user-friendly manner.
- Strategically determine how and where KPIs should be displayed within dashboards to maximize usability, relevance, and impact.
- Ensure dashboards are not just data displays but tools for decision-making and performance accountability.
- Establish data linkages between multiple dashboards, enabling real-time data flow and integration into an overarching control tower view that provides end-to-end performance visibility across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, working closely with data owners and system teams.
- Monitor and analyze performance trends, identify anomalies or deviations, and flag potential areas of concern.
- Translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand performance challenges and recommend improvements.
- Present findings and performance updates in regular reports or presentations.
- Continuously improve dashboard functionality and measurement frameworks based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science or Computer Science.
- Understanding of and experience using data visualization concepts, techniques and tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in developing data solutions based on established patterns and best practices for database integration with Power Platform stack (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query).
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs and business processes.
- Experience in trend analysis and performance reporting.
- Highly motivated, structured and methodical with high degree of initiative.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Able to communicate insights clearly, written and oral to both technical and non-technical audiences.
