Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce the SG Hub Performance Management operating rhythm, ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Plan-Monitor-Review cadences are executed across all business units, with consistent application of targets, reviews, escalation thresholds, and accountability mechanisms.
- Manage the delivery and coordination of the operating rhythm by setting clear roles for preparation, analysis, and action tracking while building execution capability.
- Coordinate performance planning and target‑setting cycles with business units, ensuring alignment to SG Hub priorities and operational realities.
- Lead the preparation and facilitation of performance review forums, ensuring discussions focus on gaps to target, risks, decisions, corrective actions, and ownership rather than retrospective reporting alone.
- Drive disciplined follow‑through on performance actions, enforcing clear ownership, timelines, and outcome verification to prevent recurrence and execution drift.
- Partner with Performance Insights to ensure dashboards, metrics, views and reports are decision-ready, fit‑for‑purpose and aligned to performance cadences needs and review questions.
- Monitor adherence to performance governance standards, including consistency and quality of reviews, effectiveness of action plans, and escalation discipline across business units.
- Identify persistent or recurring performance issues, execution bottlenecks or gaps, and systemic risks, escalating insights and intervention recommendations to senior leadership
- Coach and support business units on effective performance management practices, strengthening performance discipline and ownership, accountability and the effective use of performance reviews as an execution tool.
- Continuously refine performance management practices, simplifying processes, enhancing clarity, efficiency and focus, and improving the effectiveness of reviews and follow-through.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement principles, KPI logic, baselining, target-setting as well as, data validation, and business process logic.
- Proven experience running structured review cadences and action‑tracking mechanisms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to challenge constructively while maintaining trust.
- Experience in trend analysis, performance reporting, and interpreting business data.
- Proficient in data visualization tools and techniques, particularly Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and ability to work with and translate multiple data sources and insights into clear decisions and follow-up actions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured, methodical approach and high initiative.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly motivated, organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder, multi-priorities environment.
- Proactive, curious, and outcome‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
