Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring close liaison with Management on all matters pertaining to smooth operations.
- Liaise with airport authorities and Ground Handling Authorities (GHA)s.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Attend to investigations and complaints raised by Ground Handler and/or customers.
- Ensure the team offer stellar customer service and provide a memorable hospitality for guests.
- Handle enquiries and complaints promptly, efficiently and professionally.
- Administrative duties, including rostering and duty assignments.
- Any other duties as assigned in the course of work.
Key Requirements
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in hotel or airport lounge industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.
- Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
- Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
