Key Responsibilities
This role is part of the Human Capital, SATS Academy, which is responsible for Learning & Development for SATS Singapore. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop learning content and assets for SATS Academy, with a focus eLearning development and translation. The secondary focus includes communications and marketing, learning analytics and learning operations.
Learning Content Design & Development
- Develop eLearning courses for SATS Singapore and SATS Global
- Manage translation of eLearning courses into different languages to for global courses
- Develop learning content and handouts for classroom coursesLeverage on AI tools to create learning media assets
L&D Communications and Marketing
- Craft and manage communications and marketing of L&D products targeted at SATS employees
- Leverage on various communication channels to disseminate L&D communications and marketing
Learning Analytics
- Perform learning analytics to generate reports and gain insights on learning activities
Learning Operations
- Assist in various learning operations related work
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Media, Communications, Psychology or Marketing
- Fresh university or polytechnic graduates; or applicants with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Articulate (industry standard eLearning authoring tool) would be advantageous
- Experience in learning content design and development, instructional design or copyediting would be advantageous
- Excellent command of English, especially written English
- Basic media (graphics, videos) creation skills
- Basic social media content creation and management skills
- Ability to pick up content / media creation tools with ease
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic programming and data related skills would be a bonus
- Adaptable, can-do attitude, creative, curious, pro-active, meticulous
- Passionate about experimenting with different tools
