Job Description:
In this role, you will be working with the training team in Aviation Catering environment. You will be exposed to processes in Food Business as well in Aviation. You are required to be :
1. Working on the production line to learn and understand the process
2. Mapping out process
3. Developing and pitching creative ideas so as to produce training materials including videos and posters as well as assessment tools
4. Delivering high-quality content in videos and posters
5. Be willing to communicate with operations team
6. Carrying out any duties as required by supervisor
You are best equipped for this role if you are keen to :
1. Develop a strong grasp of the company's operations, products or services to understand customer needs and provide solutions
2. Produce training materials including online materials, videos etc.,
3. Learn and use video creation and editing platform
4. Develop skills which is adaptable and transferable in training industry
4. Meticulous
5. Willing to interact with ground staff
