Key Responsibilities

In this role you are required: 

1. Work on live IT projects and gain firsthand exposure to how enterprise-level digital initiatives are scoped, planned, and delivered.
2. Observe and support stakeholder meetings to see how business needs are identified and turned into tech requirements.
3. Assist with project coordination tasks such as updating trackers, preparing slides and reports, and supporting planning sessions.
4. Contribute to the preparation of procurement documents such as RFQs/RFPs and assist in comparing vendor proposals.
5. Support monitoring vendor AMS performance, track service requests, and help ensure timely issue resolution.
6. Take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by your mentor or team lead, providing a great opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the team’s work.

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

1. Basic Data Analysis capability to monitor project progress and identify trends.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports, slides, and documentation.
3. Project Coordination Skills to help track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms.
5. Basic networking concepts such as IP addresses, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
6. Basic data and cybersecurity awareness.
7. Adaptability to handle various tasks and adjust to changing project needs.
8. Problem-Solving skills to identify challenges and propose potential solutions.
9. Communication Skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
10. Team Collaboration to work closely with others, share ideas, and contribute to group success.
