Key Responsibilities

To support Service Delivery team in data preparation, customer issue tracking hygiene, and cadence discipline. He/She will also support the design, prototype, and refinement of AI-enabled platforms that track, monitor, and analyze service performance against Airline Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


1. Data Collection, Transformation & Analysis: Map SLAs to operational performance data to determine adequacy and accuracy. Then pull approved performance data for analysis to identify patterns, trends, and recurring service risks, as well as highlight/resolve gaps in data availability or setup.
2. Proactive and Predictive Service Management: Assist in designing dashboards and data models to translate operational performance data into SLA scorecard view, and the development of AI-prompts based on early-warning indicators and signals to predict SLA breaches, using AI/ML techniques.
3. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining account files, preparation of presentation decks and report cards.
4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Works effectively with teams across departments to support improvement initiatives and data collection.

 

Key Requirements

 

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to link data insights to real-world operational decisions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with tools such as Power BI is preferred (not mandatory)
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
