Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in conceptualizing, planning and executing risk awareness campaigns
2. Support in organizing and promoting Risk Week, a company-wide engagement initiative aimed to promote risk awareness and culture
3. Assist in development of events / campaigns agenda, themes and related materials
4. Design marketing materials, including posters, newsletters or emails etc.
5. Coordinate logistics for meetings / events which includes liaising with internal teams or vendors and suppliers (where applicable)
6. Support in other ad-hoc risk-related projects or initiatives
Key Requirements
1. Good written and verbal communications
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Detail-oriented
4. Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. ISO31000)
5. Good visual design and creative skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
6. (Good to have) Event planning and coordination experience
