Key Responsibilities
To support the Performance management team in the effective execution of the performance management framework for Singapore Hub (SG Hub) by preparing, maintaining, and tracking performance data, dashboards, and review materials and activities in line with established cadences
1. Prepare and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance review cadences.
2. Consolidate performance data from multiple sources and perform basic validation checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to reviewsdocuments, procedures, and records.
3. Track planned versus actual performance against defined KPIs, highlighting variances, missed targets, and emerging risks for follow up and reviews.
4. Support performance review meetings by preparing materials, updating trackers, and capturing decisions, actions, owners, and timelines
5. Coordinate with business units to collect performance inputs in line with agreed timelines, templates and reporting standards
Key Requirements
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6.Experience with data visualisation and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate is preferred.
