Key Responsibilities
| In this role you are required: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management metrics to drive operational excellence. 2. Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance trends and identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights. 4. Support the preparation and delivery of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance results and recommendations. 5. Propose of the setup, maintenance and improvement of dashboard to ensure optimal performance. 6. Assist in the design and facilitation of workshops to guide team members on performance management best practices. 7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability 8. Support the development of a data-driven culture within the organization. |
Key Requirements
| You are best equipped for this role if you have: 1. Currently pursuing undergraduate in Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering related fields 2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform (PowerBI, Automate, Apps, etc.) 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen sense of data and creativity. 4. Ability to set up and maintain data systems. 5. Able to communicate complex ideas to layman audiences 6. Able to work independently while being a team-player |
