Key Responsibilities

This role offers a unique opportunity to support and gain exposure to strategic people initiatives across culture transformation, talent management and development, and organisaton development. You will play a key role in supporting the global embedding of the SATS Group People Values and the Global PCEO Awards. In addition, you will gain first-hand experience in organisation development (OD) and talent management—supporting interventions in team effectiveness, organisation design, and the identification and development of talent across the Group.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Values & Culture Transformation
• Assist in global culture transformation initiatives, including the implementation and embedding of SATS Group People Values throughout the organisation.
• Support the development and coordination of engagement campaigns, sites, and communication materials.
• Work with regional counterparts to ensure consistent rollout and track implementation progress.
2. Global Recognition Programme
• Support the full cycle of the Global PCEO Awards, our annual global recognition programme, from nominations and evaluations to announcements and conferment of awards at the annual awards dinner ceremony.
• Assist in drafting internal communications, preparing briefing decks, and maintaining records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth programme execution across regions.
• Maintain the central repository of programme content and materials and ensure timely updates.
3. Talent Management
• Provide coordination and administrative support of talent reviews and development planning activities.
• Help consolidate data and materials for talent calibration sessions and related reporting.
• Gain exposure to the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, including identification, assessment, and development strategies.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for enterprise-wide talent development programmes such as Elevate and Accelerate
• Assist in tracking participant progress and compiling feedback and engagement data.
• Develop content such as stories, profiles, or video snippets to showcase the participant journey.
4. Organisation Development (OD)
• Support ad hoc OD interventions such as organisation design, or team effectiveness sessions.
• Partner with Human Capital Business Partners and representatives from Business Units and Corporate Functions on coordination and logistics.
• Assist with documentation, pre/post session work, and follow-up actions for OD initiatives.

Key Requirements

• A current tertiary student with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• A growth mindset and passion in learning about strategic HR matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
• Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, SharePoint).
• Collaborative, proactive, with the agility and energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mature with the emotional intelligence to manage sensitive and confidential matters
