Key Responsibilities
To support the Operations Capability & Development team in building a centralised Operations Training dashboard to track training performance and to design automated monitoring workflows that proactively manage licence‑to‑operate compliance across operations.
1. Training Data Integration & Analytics: Map training curricula, training matrix, and licence‑to‑operate requirements to operational and learning management data sources; consolidate, cleanse, and analyse data to produce accurate, audit‑ready training performance views.
2. Dashboard & Automation Design: Assist in designing, prototyping, and refining centralised dashboards and automated workflows (e.g. alerts, reminders, escalation triggers) to monitor certification expiry and deployment readiness.
3. Workflow & Governance Support: Translate training policies and compliance requirements into systematic tracking logic, ensuring consistency in monitoring, reporting, and follow‑up actions.
4. Stakeholder & Project Support: Work with Training, Operations, and HR stakeholders to validate data definitions, support testing, and prepare management reports and presentation decks.
Key Requirements
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to link data insights to real-world operational decisions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with data visualisation and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate is preferred
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
