Key Responsibilities
1. Support account management and marketing strategies for the assigned airlines to ensure quality delivery of services, in accordance to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure the specific airlines requirements, safety regulations, security and aviation regulatory requirements are met. 2. Maintain a good professional working relationship with various stakeholders, including our airline customers to understand their needs, and to strike a balance with our operational viability in the curation of menu and catalogues, product sourcing, branding and contract negotiation 3. Oversee supply chain cost efficiency together with operations, and perform analysis on sales and customer satisfaction to devise sales/promotion strategies to drive sales onboard 4. Ensure active crew engagement and strong product knowledge through campaigns, trainings, focus groups and other initiatives 5. Assist with SAP price maintenance and regularly review backend processes to meet the evolving business needs 6. Any other assignments or projects as per assigned by Reporting Officer |
Key Requirements
1. Current undergraduate studying Aviation, Marketing and Communication, or related field 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage stakeholders of various levels 3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and is a good team player 4. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and excited to take on challenges 5. Possess problem-solving skills and growth mindset to achieve win-win in handling unexpected situations 6. Is creative, innovative and resourceful, preferably with good understanding or exposure to consumer behaviour |
