Key Responsibilities
| In this role you are required: 1. Sharpen your insight and trend-spotting capabilities by (co-)managing assigned products or projects. This includes: -Conducting research and developing point-of-view (POV) articles that synthesize data from multiple sources to drive decision related to strategic planning, commercial, new product development and innovation. -Managing the Insight Ecosystem (our internal insights platform) by curating relevant content for the business, user management, and report maintenance. -Assisting in running primary research (both quantitative and qualitative). -Collaborating with the designers to create compelling infographics and supporting materials. -Assisting in initiatives that foster an insight-driven culture across the organization. 2. The region of coverage for insight work will be based on markets on a global level. At the end of the internship, the intern will: 1. Establish good insights, data and research acuity. 2. Build insight-based knowledge and research techniques. 3. Learn to navigate data and bring data to life  | 
Key Requirements
| You are best equipped for this role if you have: 1.Preferably candidate graduating from the Business / Marketing / Research / Data Analytics field of study 2. Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 3. Knowledge of Power BI will be beneficial 4. Appreciation of data and analytics, market research techniques and principles 5. Comfortable working with large data sets, trends and other multi-data sources 6. Strong project management capabilities 7. Hands on, technical & analytical mindset 8. Good interpersonal skills, communication, team player 9. Naturally curious with an innovation mindset, trends savvy, attention to detail, willingness to work in a highly networked environment with the aim to learn & apply  |
